Message from the Chairman of the PJSC Gazprom Management Committee

Dear friends,

Every day, across every time zone of our vast country, PJSC Gazprom’s team works tirelessly for the benefit of Russia and its people. We responsibly and reliably supply consumers with clean energy, foster economic and industrial development, and elevate the quality of life in both cities and rural communities.

The Company continues to drive the large-scale expansion of the nation’s gas infrastructure. Between 2021 and 2025, residents of 2,150 communities gained access to the gas grid. This achievement reflects tremendous effort and the unprecedented pace of our infrastructure build-out.

Where gas is already available, we make connecting to it as affordable as possible. At absolutely no cost to future consumers, we lay gas pipelines directly to property boundaries and to the boiler stations of medical and educational institutions. By the end of 2025, our gas infrastructure expansion program reached a major milestone: over 1 million families successfully connected their homes to the gas grid.

PJSC Gazprom is guided by a strong commitment to social responsibility, actively engaging in the resolution of social issues. Beyond their daily professional duties, many of our employees serve as dedicated volunteers. Compassion and a readiness to help are deeply embedded in our corporate DNA; today, PJSC Gazprom’s corporate volunteering stands as one of the largest initiatives of its kind nationwide.

Every year, our volunteers champion thousands of social, environmental, cultural, educational, and patriotic initiatives. In the reporting year alone, the number of volunteer campaigns across the Gazprom Group surged by almost 80%, engaging over 200,000 employees.

The Company places great emphasis on fostering patriotism among the youth and preserving our historical memory. In 2025, the Year of the Defender of the Fatherland, we hosted more than 1,400 events honoring the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Notably, as part of the massive nationwide Preserving the Flame of Victory campaign, 189 memorials were connected to the gas grid.

Another major Gazprom volunteer project dedicated to caring for the older generation was the Kindness Delivered campaign, which provided targeted, door-to-door assistance to over 4,000 war veterans across 220 Russian communities.

The Company also diligently preserves our country’s magnificent cultural heritage. In 2025, the State Hermitage Museum fully opened all the halls of its permanent “Peter the Great Gallery” exhibition, featuring unique artifacts from the Petrine era. At the Peter the Great Museum of Anthropology and Ethnography (the Kunstkamera) of the Russian Academy of Sciences, a comprehensive re-exposition opened the upper floors of the Tower of Knowledge to the public, unveiling the Astronomical Observatory and the Planetarium housing the Gottorf Globe. Backed by PJSC Gazprom’s unwavering support, the pages of Russian scientific and cultural history are carefully preserved for present and future generations.

Traditionally, the Company undertakes comprehensive landscaping and urban improvement across its footprint, building out educational infrastructure and state-of-the-art sports facilities. Under the Gazprom for Children project, multiple new sports venues were commissioned in 2025, including Russia’s first-ever Table Tennis Academy, designed to train top-tier young athletes from across the country.

PJSC Gazprom’s achievements are driven by the professional, highly coordinated work of our half-million-strong team. We offer extensive opportunities for professional development and heavily prioritize training future talent for the energy sector through strategic partnerships with universities and schools. Through the Gazprom Classes project, more than 700 children are enrolled in specialized academic programs. Furthermore, university and vocational school students gain hands-on experience at Gazprom’s production facilities; in 2025, over 21,000 young people completed such internships. By year-end, Gazprom Group entities hired some 4,000 graduates.
