In 2024, the Gazprom Group companies continued to operate efficiently, pay taxes, cooperate with domestic producers, small and medium-sized businesses, develop innovative technologies, and introduce them into production to contribute to Russia’s economic development. The focus remained on strict cost control, maintaining a comfortable leverage, and building up the revenue base.

The increase in other mandatory payments due and made for 2024 is attributable to the fact that they include payments due to the Russian Federation under the production sharing agreement.

On June 28, 2024, PJSC Gazprom’s Annual General Shareholders Meeting resolved not to declare or pay dividends for 2023. PJSC Gazprom’s 2023 profit was used for the Company’s investment purposes.
