Shareholders and investors

PJSC Gazprom is Russia’s largest joint stock company. Minority shareholders hold 49.8% of shares in PJSC Gazprom. The Gazprom Group is the largest borrower in the Russian public debt market. PJSC Gazprom pays special attention to improving the efficiency of its corporate governance framework and complying with the listing rules of Russian stock exchanges.

In 2024, the Gazprom Group disclosed consolidated IFRS financial statements for 2023 and the six and nine months of 2024 without exceptions provided for by the Russian Government’s decree No. 1102Russian Government decree No. 1102 On the Specifics of Disclosure and/or Provision of Information Subject to Disclosure and/or Provision in Accordance with Federal Law On Joint-Stock Companies and the Federal Law On the Securities Market dated July 4, 2023.. Despite being included in the list of companies entitled to define disclosure scope independently in accordance with decree No. 903Decree No. 903 of the President of the Russian Federation On the Temporary Procedure for Disclosure and Provision of Information by Certain Russian Business Entities dated November 27, 2023. of the President of the Russian Federation, PJSC Gazprom did not exercise this right to limit reporting disclosures.

  • The Company signed a cooperation agreement with the Kaliningrad Region government on gas supply, gas infrastructure expansion, developing the NGV fuel market, and implementing major projects on October 10, 2024.

  • On the web portal, innovations go through the entire review cycle, from submitting an idea to final decision making. In 2024, 69 new applications were registered and 39 expert opinions prepared.
  • PJSC Gazprom’s Commission for Introduction of Innovative Products reviewed 16 proposals and recorded 15 items in the Register of Innovative Products, which currently holds 194 items, including 95 solutions submitted by SMEs.

The Gazprom Group provides consumers with high-quality products and services, monitors their satisfaction, and develops new products and services.
