The data collection perimeter for the Environmental Protection section (unless otherwise stated)

The terms “PJSC Gazprom” and the “Company” used in the Report refer to the parent company of the Gazprom Group – Public Joint-Stock Company Gazprom – and its 100% subsidiaries and entities involved in exploration, production, transportation, underground storage, and processing of hydrocarbons, as well as operation of the Unified Gas Supply System (UGSS).

The “Gazprom Group”, “Gazprom” or the “Group” refer to PJSC Gazprom (with all the above subsidiaries and fully-owned entities) and the following companies: Gazprom Neft Group, Gazprom Energoholding, Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat, Gazprom Dobycha Tomsk, Gazprom Mezhregiongaz, Daltransgaz, Sakhalin Energy, Severneftegazprom, and Purgaz as well as PJSC Gazprom’s foreign subsidiaries:

  • Gazprom Transgaz Belarus,
  • Gazprom Armenia,
  • Gazprom Kyrgyzstan,
  • and Gazprom International Limited.

The “Gazprom Neft Group” refers to Gazprom Neft as well as subsidiaries and joint ventures under its operational control.

“Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat” refers to Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat and its subsidiaries.

“Gazprom Energoholding” refers to Gazprom Energoholding and its subsidiaries (Mosenergo, MOEK, OGK-2, TGC-1, and Gazprom Teploenergo).

The Gazprom Group’s gas business companies include PJSC Gazprom (100% of its subsidiaries and entities involved in production, transportation, underground storage and processing of hydrocarbons, as well as operation of the UGSS), Gazprom Mezhregiongaz, Gazprom Dobycha Tomsk, Daltransgaz, Sakhalin Energy, Severneftegazprom, and Purgaz.
